Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking a plasterer for a temporary to permanent placement in Luton. You will carry out day-to-day general maintenance in domestic properties and provide good customer service to tenants.

The role uses a PDA and operates in a fast-paced environment with small day-to-day repairs. The ideal candidate has plastering experience, social housing exposure is a plus, and a willingness to go permanent after the temp period.

Qualifications

• Experience as a plasterer or maintenance operative in social housing or similar.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, reactive maintenance environment.
• Experience in domestic properties and tenant interactions.

Day to Day for plasterer– Reactive Maintenance:

• Carrying day to day general maintenance in domestic properties
