Job description

A successful family owned building company specializing in insurance repairs are seeking a Plasterer to join their team working across the North East due to increase in volume of work through long term clients.

Responsibilities

• Work to a very high standard working within domestic properties from ceiling / patch plaster repairs to full properties.
• Complete primarily domestic insurance repair works as per the job card instructions.
• Complete works to a high standard efficiently, maintaining health and safety on site, liaising with other trades and customer satisfaction.
• Strip out properties in preparation for building works.
• Assist other trades to complete works as required.

Qualifications

• Experience of insurance re-instatement would be an advantage.
• Demonstrable proven track record in a similar role working in occupied domestic environment.
• Insurance related background would be a great advantage.
• Experience in all aspects of plastering.
• NVQ 2 qualification or qualified by experience.
• Full valid driving license due to the nature of the role.
• Professional, able to self manage and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Able to demonstrate the ability to work as a team and excellent communication skills.

In return you will receive a salary of £32,800 per annum (40 hour week) plus overtime at time and a half, company pension and company van.
