Job description

Our Client in North Tyneside are looking to add a time servedPlasterer to their team. You will be based in the Tyne and Wear area working as a Maintenance Plasterer working on domesticsocial housing works.

The Working Hours will be:
Monday – Friday
08:00-16:00

The Pay Rate will be:
£18LTD per hour

Responsibilities include:

• You will be responsible for general maintenance and improvements to domestic andvoid properties.
• Working with bathroom, kitchen and other required areas to deliver high quality maintenancework.
• Delivering the highest quality Patching and Skimming work, rendering for internaland external walls and Multi finish work.
• Pre-inspect and diagnose selected repair requirements

Candidate Requirements:

• Time servedin Plastering.
• Experience within similar roles
• Full UK Driving License
