A community housing organization in Broadfield is looking for a Multi-Skilled Plasterer to provide high-quality repairs and maintenance services across its properties. The ideal candidate will have NVQ Level 2 in Plastering, strong technical knowledge, and a commitment to excellent customer service. Responsibilities include carrying out plastering works, engaging with tenants, and ensuring homes are well-maintained. As a Multi-Skilled Plasterer, you'll deliver a high-quality, responsive repairs and maintenance service across WCHG homes and sites. While plastering will be your core trade, you'll also carry out a range of associated multi-skilled repairs to help keep our properties safe, well-maintained and fit for purpose. You'll work independently and alongside other trades, engaging positively with tenants, completing work right first time, and ensuring homes are left clean, safe and tidy.
