As an Operational Nurse Team Leader, you will lead a plasma collection team that helps save and improve lives across the UK. You will play a vital role in ensuring safe, high-quality plasma collection while creating an outstanding experience for donors. Leading by example, you will provide clinical expertise, support and develop colleagues, and help maintain the highest standards of safety, quality and regulatory compliance. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution while developing your leadership skills in a unique healthcare setting. You will work closely with colleagues to continuously improve services, support innovation, and ensure donors receive safe, compassionate care throughout their donation journey., In this role you will inspire your team through positive leadership to provide exceptional and safe care for our donors and ensure the safe collection of donated plasma. You will be a mentor to your team to provide support and leadership to further their development and performance. You will take ownership for the operational success of your team to ensure we deliver a first-class donor experience.
