Job summary

Tru7 Group is seeking a proactive Plant Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations across multiple sites. The role focuses on concrete and mortar production and dispatch, ensuring safety, efficiency and quality to meet customer expectations.

You’ll be hands-on, not desk-bound, with responsibilities including batching, operating computerised batching and dispatch systems, monitoring production, quality and output, and coordinating with the Customer Service Centre, hauliers and contractors.

Qualifications

• Experience in production, manufacturing, construction materials, plant or heavy industrial environments.
• Proactive, practical and safety-conscious approach.
• Strong IT skills and ability to use computerised systems.

Tru7 Group are looking for a proactive, safety-focused and hands-on Plant Supervisor to join the team and support our operations across multiple sites.

This isn’t a role for someone who wants to sit behind a desk all day.

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the plant you’re covering, making sure concrete and mortar production and dispatch run safely, efficiently and to the standards our customers expect.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day plant operations
• Batching concrete and mortar
• Operating computerised batching & dispatch systems
• Monitoring production, quality and output
• Liaising with our Customer Service Centre
• Working with customers, hauliers and contractors
• Carrying out plant inspections and basic maintenance
• Managing raw material levels and stock checks
• Supervising visitors, contractors and site personnel
• Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards
• Supporting health, safety, environmental and quality compliance
• Identifying problems and finding practical solutions
• Helping us continually improve plant efficiency and performance

Responsibilities

We’re looking for someone with experience in a production, manufacturing, construction materials, plant or heavy industrial environment.
