Heidelberg Materials UK is seeking a hands-on Batch Plant Operative to join our Abergele site. You will produce high-quality concrete and mortar, maintain a clean and safe site, and deliver excellent customer service while working largely independently at a one-person site.

The role requires Front-End Loader experience, strong safety discipline, and good computer literacy. Competitive salary, full training, and 45 hours per week with overtime opportunities are provided.

You’ll play a vital role in producing high‐quality concrete and mortar, maintaining an excellent site environment, and delivering great customer service.
