Technical Network Recruitment seeks an experienced Plant Manager for a substantial manufacturing facility in Milton Keynes. You will take overall responsibility for performance, culture and operational effectiveness, with autonomy to shape the site's future direction.

The role requires senior plant/site leadership in manufacturing, managing large multi-functional teams, and a proven track record in driving change and operational excellence with strong stakeholder management.

• Develop a unified leadership approach across senior management and supervisory teams.
• Coach, mentor and develop managers and future leaders.
