SRG is working with a successful and leading oil refinery company based in Stoke-on-Trent, they are looking for an experienced Plant Manager to join the team. You would be joining a fast‑paced environment where your analytical skills and attention to detail will be crucial.

The successful candidate will be joining a successful and growing family‑run business, where you would manage plant operations on a plant that runs 24/7, support in the development and training of the team, further aid the day‑to‑day operations that keep the plant running smoothly and safely. You’ll oversee production schedules, optimise processes for maximum efficiency, and ensure compliance with strict environmental standards. Collaborate with skilled teams, tackle challenges head‑on, and drive innovation in sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Proven experience in plant management within oil, lubricants, or chemical processing industries.
  • In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental compliance standards.
  • Degree in Engineering, Chemical Processing, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Full UK driver’s licence and own means of transport.
  • Full right to work in the UK, there is no sponsorship available for this role.
