Hours: 48 hours per week (Mon-Fri with some Saturday working covered by a rota)

As a result, we have a new opportunity for a Plant Manager to lead our team at our Eaglescliffe plant.
So what’s the role about?
You will lead all site production activities, compliance, and health and safety whilst developing a performance-driven culture emphasising ownership, accountability, transparency, and development of the facility and its people. You’ll engage the ‘hearts and minds of the company’s employees to create and sustain a proactive culture in all disciplines across the site.
You’ll lead and manage site-based team members and need excellent communication and people management skills. Working closely with the National Operations Manager, you’ll implement a continuous improvement culture to ensure site KPIs are achieved!
