Job summary

A leading workforce solutions provider in the United Kingdom is looking for a Plant HR Manager to partner with the business in delivering legally compliant HR processes. This role involves managing HR strategy, facilitating employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation. The ideal candidate will have a degree or CIPD qualification and at least 3 years’ experience in HR, with strong communication skills and leadership capability. Experience in unionized manufacturing is desirable and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
