Qualifications

• Proven track record in automotive/manufacturing engineering and maintenance leadership.
• Experience in CAPEX project delivery, TPM implementation, and lean manufacturing.
• Knowledge of quality standards such as IATF16949 and ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary engineering and maintenance team.
• Manage process and test engineering, ensuring lean manufacturing optimization.
• Implement preventive, predictive, and autonomous maintenance systems.
