Responsibilities

• Responsible for manufacturing processes including injection, paint, assembly, bonding and process flow methods and equipment
• Deploy POMS methodology and best practice
• Provide engineering support to manufacturing teams and OPTIPRO project for equipment launch and manufacturing readiness
• Support manufacturing teams to improve and optimize injection and/or paint processes
• Manage Engineering change processes per internal and external standards
• Manage capacity and anticipate equipment modifications and capacity adjustments
• Coordinate equipment installation follow-up with industrial project teams and suppliers
• Create, update and validate workstation instructions and related documentation
• Write contractor safety programs and risk prevention plans
• Update new product documentation and participate in commissioning activities
• Propose and validate technical solutions to improve productivity, quality and safety
