Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Service Engineer with experience on construction or plant machinery to join a market-leading client in Northampton. You'll service, repair and maintain a range of plant equipment, diagnosing faults and attending breakdowns while keeping customers informed.

This Monday–Friday role includes a company vehicle, fuel card and a bonus scheme, with progression opportunities into senior technical and management positions as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing or repairing construction or plant machinery.
• Background as a Service Engineer, Plant Fitter or Mechanic or similar.
• Practical fault-finding skills and knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic systems.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, maintaining and repairing plant and construction machinery.
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out planned maintenance.
• Responding to breakdowns and completing service reports.
• Monday–Friday role with a company vehicle and fuel card.
