• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively on a team.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on feet for long periods.

Responsabilidades

• Plant Care and Maintenance: Regular watering, pruning, pest control and health checks.
• Installation and Landscaping: Assist in planning and planting projects and site prep.
• Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand needs and provide plant care guidance.
