Planning Partner is sought to join a leading national law firm. Are you ambitious and frustrated with your current employer and want a change of direction? Key Responsibilities:
  1. Hit the ground running as the appointed planning partner.
  2. Oversee and develop a team of talented planning lawyers.
  3. Provide expert guidance on planning matters across private and public sectors, including residential and commercial developments.
  4. Develop and execute strategic plans to ensure high-quality legal advice and client representation.
  5. Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
  6. Work closely with the partnership, especially the real estate team.
  7. Prepare a strategic business plan focusing on growth and team development.
Candidate Profile:
  1. Qualified solicitor with at least 10 years PQE and a strong background in planning law.
  2. Preferably a current partner seeking the next career challenge.
  3. Demonstrates leadership, team management, and inspiring skills across multiple locations.
  4. Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation abilities, committed to high ethical standards.
  5. Technically knowledgeable in planning, highways, and environmental law.
