Page Personnel is recruiting for a Planning Solicitor NQ-4 to join our national Planning & Infrastructure Consenting team in Manchester, handling complex planning, regeneration and infrastructure matters across the UK. You will draft and negotiate planning documents, advise on environmental issues, represent clients at hearings, and collaborate with partners across public and private sectors.

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales, strong drafting and communication skills, and ability to manage

Qualifications

• Must be a solicitor qualified in England & Wales.
• Strong knowledge of planning law and policy changes.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice on planning applications, appeals, and related matters.
• Draft and negotiate planning agreements and related documents.
• Support clients through the planning process and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with colleagues on complex planning cases.
• Advise on environmental and infrastructure planning issues.
• Conduct legal research to support case preparation.
