Qualifications

Planning Solicitor - Bristol

Chadwick Nott are instructed by a leading Top 100 law firm who due to continue growth, are looking to expand its successful planning team with the addition of a planning solicitor.

In this role, you can expect to handle a wide range of high-profile matters, including planning obligations, highways and infrastructure, contentious planning cases, compulsory purchase, judicial reviews, statutory challenges, and appeals. You'll work with a prestigious client base, including public bodies, local authorities, developers, and landowners, covering both contentious and non-contentious planning issues.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' PQE and experience gained at a reputable planning law team, with a genuine interest in planning law.

This is an excellent opportunity to collaborate closely with highly regarded partners and lawyers on complex and exciting projects.

Whilst this role is based in their Bristol office they offer flexible hybrid working arrangements and you can expect a blend of office and home working.
