Planning Solicitor (2 years'+)

A leading Scottish team is seeking a planning solicitor to join its growing practice in Edinburgh or Glasgow.

This opportunity offers exposure to high-quality planning matters across residential, commercial development, retail, energy and infrastructure. You will play a key role in strengthening the team’s national profile while advising a diverse and high-calibre client base.

The Role

You will gain hands-on experience across a wide range of contentious and non-contentious planning matters, including:

  • Energy consenting and large-scale infrastructure projects
  • Planning agreements and compulsory purchase
  • Appeals and judicial reviews
  • Strategic advice on complex planning issues

The role also provides scope to contribute to business development and support the continued growth of the Scottish planning practice.
