Job summary

G2 Legal Limited, Exeter, seeks a Planning Solicitor at Associate or Senior Associate level (2+ PQE) to join a highly regarded planning & environment team handling infrastructure, regeneration schemes and major developments for public and private sector clients. The role offers a comprehensive hybrid working arrangement, a competitive salary, and a personalised coaching and mentoring programme.

You will negotiate and draft agreements, advise on applications and strategy, and support development

Qualifications

• Experience in planning law is essential.
• Ideally 2+ years PQE, with flexibility on this.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and draft planning and infrastructure agreements (Section 106, Section 278).
• Advise clients on planning applications, planning strategy and development risk.
• Provide support on national infrastructure projects and development consent orders.
• Work closely with the real estate team on development projects.
