Responsibilities

• This high-ranking department deals with major clients on work including advising on all aspects of town and country planning and environmental issues, including major retail projects, mixed use and office developments, portfolio acquisitions and disposals, planning applications and appeals, environmental impact, minerals planning, major infrastructure projects, compulsory purchase, compensation and judicial review.
