Job summary

Eurocell Group Ltd is seeking a Planning Administrator to join our site-based team in South Normanton. The role focuses on reporting requirements for the planning function, maintaining and executing reports, and supporting the EBP Planner during busy periods.

You will work with the Demand and Supply Planning teams, collate data, and deliver daily stock and sales reports to provide insights for decision-makers. The package includes a competitive salary and pension alongside benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a planning function is highly beneficial.
• Strong computer skills with advanced capability across Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, to support data analysis and reporting.
• Previous exposure to planning software or systems is advantageous.
• Confident in challenging assumptions and presenting alternative solutions.
• Skilled in collating, interpreting, and analysing large data sets, delivering accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports within tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Able to effectively manage internal communications and work collaboratively across departments and support strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Ensure HR-related processes and procedures are completed accurately and consistently, in line with Company policies.
• Assist wider Demand and Supply Planning teams during peak periods to maintain workflow.
• Collate data and distribute daily stock value reports for internal stakeholders.
• Produce daily sales-versus-forecast reports and highlight over- or under-forecasted SKUs.
• Contribute to monthly safety stock and demand review activities with accurate data.
• Review and update data within the MRP system for accuracy and alignment with requirements.
• Prepare and communicate reports to senior stakeholders to manage safety stock and inventory profiles.
