We have an exciting new role for a Planning Manager, supporting a major defence infrastructure project in the West of Scotland. You will provide leadership and management of the project’s planning team and some of your day-to-day responsibilities will be:
Develop project specific schedules that clearly identify the project processes and linking of activities as required for multi-functional project team interfaces.
Support the programme with the implementation of EVM, Cost and Resource loaded schedules.
Review all appropriate engineering, procurement, manufacturing and site construction project schedules and advise the Project Manager of variances to baseline.
Facilitate Interactive Planning (IAP) Sessions with project team and client project, ensuring risks are mitigated and opportunities escalated.
The role is Hybrid where 3 days per week will be spent in the office in Glasgow City Centre.
