This role will lead our dedicated planning team. The successful candidate will have extensive planning experience within the food or FMCG sector as well as the drive and expertise to lead an exciting team. We’re looking for someone who is commercially aware, entrepreneurial and a natural influencer.

A high-calibre candidate, you must be able to provide clear leadership and vision to our planning department as well as nurture strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

Additional experience and behaviours required:
  • Strong level of IT knowledge, including advanced MS Excel
  • Planning tool/systems working knowledge of ERP/MRP
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to resolve complex and integrated problems, bringing them to a swift conclusion
  • Can prioritise and work within tight deadlines
