Job summary

Harbourne Associates is recruiting for a Planning Manager to join a global fashion company in London. You will lead monthly sales, inventory and margin forecasting and own the S&OP process, partnering with Sales, Finance and Operations to drive profitable growth.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in planning or supply chain, strong retail/wholesale experience, advanced Excel and SAP/ERP, and excellent stakeholder management. The role offers hybrid working, a salary up to £75,000 plus 10% bonus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Planning or Supply Chain Planning.
• Strong retail, wholesale, apparel, sportswear or consumer goods experience.
• Experience leading planning functions or managing planning teams.
• Advanced forecasting, analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance inventory investment, service and profitability.
• Experience leading S&OP and integrated business planning processes.
• Advanced Excel and planning systems experience (SAP/ERP preferred).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

**Planning Manager – Global Fashion Company – London**

We are currently recruiting for a leading fashion manufacturer, whose brands are recognised around the world. As a company they turnover £150+ million in the UK, have offices in a number of countries and employ around 2,000 people. This is working within a fast paced, glamourous industry where they are looking for someone to support the continued growth of a globally recognised sportswear brand portfolio.

This is a commercially focused planning leadership role, responsible for driving sales forecasting, inventory planning, replenishment strategy and wholesale planning. The role sits at the centre of the business, partnering closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, Production and Sourcing teams to influence key commercial decisions and deliver profitable growth.

Role:
