A Logistics Company in Hemel Hempstead is looking for a Planning & Logistics Specialist to optimize supply chain processes, manage order fulfillment, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong MRP and ERP system experience, ideally in an aerospace environment. This full-time role includes managing order book processes, supporting production documentation, and enhancing logistics operations.

The Planning & Logistics Specialist will be responsible for the administration of all transactional processes within Javelin (MRP) and supporting systems to maintain order book integrity and shop order planning spanning the order input to shipment invoice cycle.
A key deliverable of this role is to provide a consistent, flexible and responsive service to our customers at all times. Working closely with the operations team the Planning & Logistics Specialist will lead logistical process improvement supporting the overall site growth and customer service objectives.
