Planning Lawyer

Sellick Partnership are recruiting a Planning Lawyer to join a local authority based in the East Midlands. Our client is offering a competitive hourly rate and the need to cover committee work once every 6 weeks. The rest of the role can be worked remotely.

The successful Planning Lawyer will take on a varied planning law caseload, including, but not limited to:

  • Section 106 agreements
  • highways agreements, including s and s
  • Public rights of way
  • Planning enforcements

This position is to begin immediately for an initial period of 3 months, although it is likely that the assignment will become more long-term. Our client is happy to consider candidates who are seeking either full or part time employment.
