Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Town and Country Planning recognized by RTPI or eligible for membership.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for frontline role.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing enforcement cases and enquiries.
• Conduct site visits and inspections as needed.
• Provide initial assessments of new enforcement cases.
• Support the team in applying planning policy and relevant legislation.
