Purpose Of The Role

As a Planning and delivery leader for you'll play an integral role in the preparation, planning, issuing and controlling production schedules along with coordinating material requirements, to ensure a controlled flow for approved materials is timed to meet production.

What You'll Do

• Scheduling equipment and personnel.
• Confirming material supply and demands.
• Preparing work orders or purchase requests for the production or purchase of components or parts based on a master production schedule, shop load and inventory requirement.
• Coordinating interdepartmental activity with quality assurance, manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, inventory control, traffic, etc.
• Scheduling and expediting the movement of parts by means of move orders, stock transfers and requests for shipping orders.
• Willing to traveling and visit suppliers, both domestically and internationally.

The Skills You'll Need

• Qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in logistics, supply chain planning, purchasing, or manufacturing operations.
• Proficient in Systems, Applications and Products (SAP) or equivalent enterprise resource planning systems.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and deliver to agreed timelines.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and functions to achieve business objectives.
