Job description
Planning Coordinator – Facilities Management, Romford

Responsibilities
  • Working closely with engineers to ensure their jobs are scheduled and completed on time
  • Working closely with other stakeholders and the contracts team to escalate any potential issues
  • Ensuring job notes and updates are inputted against each task
  • Update clients with any updates, delays or any other information
  • Scheduling engineers day and managing any fall through
  • Logging of tasks on our CAFM system
  • Raising Purchase Orders, and working through other admin tasks such as updates and job dockets
  • Assigning all jobs to relevant Caretakers, Engineers and Subcontractors
  • Ensuring all tasks are logged with accuracy and all updates are logged to CAFM
  • PPM administration – closing of tasks and uploading documentation to CAFM system
