Job summary

FutureGen Recruitment is recruiting for a Principal Planner in London. The role spans across commercial, retail, logistics, residential and estate-led development, with duties from initial appraisal to determination.

You will lead or support major applications, coordinate inputs, and communicate with clients and teams. The salary ranges £48,000–£60,000 plus benefits, with flexible working and enhanced professional support.
