Job summary

Hunter Savage is recruiting on behalf of a leading international law firm to appoint a Planning Associate into its London planning and development practice. This is an opportunity to join a well-regarded team advising on commercial and residential schemes across London and the South East, from early planning strategy through to delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' PQE in planning (national/international firm) preferred.
• Experience in commercial or residential development required.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills, commercial awareness and practical client advice.

Responsibilities

• Provide planning advice for commercial, residential and mixed-use development.
• Support housebuilders, institutional investors, build-to-rent and regeneration developers on significant schemes.
• Contribute to planning strategy, section 106 agreements, and planning conditions; assist with appeals and challenges as needed.
