Overview

Planning and Support Officer (Maintenance and Electrical)

Salary: £23,000 to £25,000 per annum

Location: Sandwich

Hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with hybrid working

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance and electrical inspections, ensuring deadlines and compliance standards are met
  • Support operational teams with resource planning and allocation
  • Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports across multiple workstreams
  • Assist with the preparation and tracking of compliance, safety, and quality documentation
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects and initiatives
  • Liaise effectively with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks and operational activities as required
