I'm currently recruiting for a multi‑national company who is well‑established in the local area and the UK. Whilst the company rarely recruit due to a low turnover of staff and long‑serving employees, they currently have an exciting and varied role available for a planning and customer service specialist.

Roles / Responsibilities

• Manage the planning process from cradle to grave
• Speak with customers to establish requirements, update throughout production and ensure timely delivery
• Update and manage the internal MRP system
• Liaise with production, procurement and customer service teams regularly
• Ensure all documentation are loaded and correspond to scheduling and customer needs

What We're Looking For

• Strong ERP / MRP / SAP experience
• 5 years+ in a planning role
• Experience with end customer service
• Experience within an engineering manufacturing industry
