Company Overview

The SPTS division of KLA, designs, manufactures and markets wafer processing solutions for the global semiconductor and related industries. SPTS provides industry leading etch and deposition process technologies on a range of single wafer handling platforms. End‑market applications include micro‑electromechanical systems (MEMS), advanced packaging, LED, high speed RF device IC's and power semiconductors. SPTS is part of KLA Corporation which develops industry‑leading equipment and services that enable innovation throughout the electronics industry.

Responsibilities

• Proactively plan, develop and lead the master production schedule to align with factory capacity, material availability, customer expectations and financial goals.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Marketing and Engineering to optimise slot plan efficiency and reliability.
• Understand constraints and limitations, and constantly provide strategic proposals to Manufacturing Operations executives.
• Demonstrate comprehensive presentation skills, leading weekly GM meetings and Operations meetings to supervise production status and strategise for success.
• Lead cross‑functional teamwork to ensure long‑term business success.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on knowledge of SAP and Power BI.
• Experience in Master Scheduling, Manufacturing Operations, Finance, or validated experience in Supply Chain.
• Degree in Business Administration, Business Operations, Supply Chain, or similar is desirable but not crucial.
• Proficiency in analytical and reporting tools (MS Excel etc.).
• Teammate with a positive demeanour, strong sense of ownership, and analytical approach.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to analyse large amounts of data into coherent, summarised written and oral presentations.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with peers and cross‑functional teams, multi‑task, and drive actions.
