AtkinsRéalis is recruiting for a Project Controls/Planning role in London. You will lead full build and oversight of project schedules, interfaces, and stakeholder engagement to ensure contractual and performance metrics are met.

The role requires experience with NEC/JCT/FIDIC contracts, PMO structures, and advanced reporting. A strong background in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project is essential, with flexible and remote working options described in the role profile.

Qualifications

  • Contract experience with NEC, JCT, FIDIC or Rail Frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience.
  • Advanced reporting techniques and data storytelling.
  • Experience with EVM (Earned Value Management).
  • Proficiency in Critical Path Analysis and scheduling optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage project schedules and interfaces with stakeholders.
  • Maintain baselines to support contractual and performance metrics.
  • Lead meetings and workshops to challenge progress and performance.
  • Support Planning/Project Controls Managers in scheduling.
  • Manage contract requirements for schedules and reporting.
  • Provide advanced hierarchical outputs such as EVM reports.
  • Integrate schedule with cost and risk data.
  • Offer CP evaluation and scenario planning to improve efficiency.

Your role
  • The full build and management of schedules, their working interfaces and engagement with relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintenance and Management of Baselines to support contractual and performance metrics.
  • Provide meetings and workshops to challenge the progress and performance of projects.
  • Support Planning / Project Controls Managers to maintain schedules and their interfaces.
  • Manage the contract requirements for the schedules.
  • Provide advanced hierarchical reporting outputs such as Earned Value Management (EVM).
  • Experience of Integration of function corelating Schedule, Cost and Risk.
  • Provide Critical Path evaluation and scenario planning options to mitigate issues and improve efficiencies
About You
