Planner/Scheduler | Loanhead | ££Negotiable DOE

Avenue are currently seeking a planner/scheduler within a busy Utilities company,

You'll will work between departments making sure requirements and expectations are clear. Requirements will need to be translated into clear work instructions to make sure work is understood and runs efficiently.

The Role
  • Planning work schedules for operational teams using various systems
  • Working with operation colleagues to resolve any problems
  • Keeping records up to date and ensuring work is going to planned schedule, providing regular work updates
  • Processing and submitting Traffic Management, footway, road closures, notice and permit requests
  • Overseeing works from start to completion
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that work requirements are understood and clearly documented
The Candidate

Relevant experience working in a fast paced and reactive environment, where things can change very quickly

Previous experience of working in the Utilities sector is essential, particularly on Power DN's, SPEN contracts, Streetworks etc,
