Responsibilities

  • Coordinate across multiple utilities and contractors to keep projects on track.
  • Plan and schedule daily tasks to ensure on-time project delivery.
  • Liaise with suppliers, developers, and clients, ensuring clear communication.
  • Prepare and submit site applications and plans for quotations.
  • Manage and grow client relationships, offering reliable support.
  • Solve problems and remove bottlenecks by working across departments.
  • Organise and attend site visits and surveys where needed.
  • Handle customer and contractor queries with confidence and clarity.
  • Support account managers with scheduling and project tracking.
