A leading, highly reputable Main Contractor with a strong reputation in the construction industry, investing heavily in staff training and career development.

They deliver innovative and valuable solutions across diverse projects including Private Residential, Commercial, Health, Leisure, Education, Religion, Conservation, and Social Housing.

Due to their success and strong turnover, they now offer an excellent opportunity for a Construction Planner to join their team on a permanent basis, assisting the Document Controller.

Planner Responsibilities
  • Ensure all environmental, health, safety, and ethical standards are upheld.
  • Organize projects meticulously, collaborating effectively with colleagues.
  • Provide practical judgments and staff reviews to maintain high standards.
  • Apply good commercial knowledge to add value to projects.
Personal Specification & Requirements
  • Highly motivated with a strong desire for growth within the company.
  • Experience with large-scale refurbishments and new builds.
  • Knowledge of residential projects, fit-outs, and commissioning.
  • Ability to implement effective planning processes.
  • Presentable, confident in dealing directly with clients.
