West-Norfolk Council is recruiting planners at Graduate, Planner and Senior Planner levels in King’s Lynn. The roles cover housing, regeneration, conservation and major schemes with a clear progression route.

You will work within a supportive team and contribute to shaping West Norfolk’s diverse communities. Graduate through Senior Planner levels offer a structured progression, with hybrid working and opportunities to gain experience in NSIPs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload and provide professional planning advice.
• Prepare reports, undertake appeals and present to planning committees.
• Lead on complex casework, negotiations and service delivery within the team.
