Planner & Customer Account Manager

We are working with a prestigious precision subcontract machining company supplying high-quality components to the defence, aerospace, oil & gas, renewables, and nuclear sectors. The company holds multiple accreditations including AS9100, ISO45001, ISO14001, Cyber Essentials, and Fit For Nuclear. Our client are recruiting for an experienced technical Planner & Customer Account Manager.

Key Skills Required
  • Must have an excellent working experience as a Planner & Customer Account Manager
  • Proven experience in a planning and scheduling role within a precision engineering or advanced manufacturing environment.
  • Must have experience of precision engineering
  • Strong customer engagement skills with the ability to manage relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with Aerospace quality standards (AS9100) is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, managing multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism.

This is a key role with responsibility for production planning, scheduling, and customer account management. The successful candidate will act as a principal interface with the customers, ensuring that requirements are accurately translated into effective production schedules and delivered to the highest standards of quality and service.
