Salary: up to £32,000 per annum plus Veolia benefits

Hours: 40 hours per week, Mon - Fri 8.00 to 16.30

Location: Humber Lane, Tidworth, SP9 7AW

What you'll be doing
  • Raising road opening notices with the local councils where required.
  • Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders in order to get work booked in.
  • Collecting the appropriate utility drawings for repair crews.
  • Running monthly reports for contracts managers and operations managers.
  • Maintaining Asset maintenance tool (Hexagon) ensuring all work is released for inspection in a timely manner.
  • Support the office manager with monitoring/taking calls from customers and raising investigation jobs.
  • Provide reception cover for the office manager
  • Liaising with various levels of the business and clients.
What we're looking for
  • Ability to maintain documentation, generate reports, and effectively coordinate between multiple parties while ensuring compliance with procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience of liaising with stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and multi-tasking capabilities
  • IT literate
  • Background in utilities, construction, infrastructure or facilities management would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of Google apps is desirable
