Construction Planner required for a major data centre project in Acton
An established and growing main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Construction Planner to join its team on a large-scale data centre construction project in Acton, West London.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering complex projects across the data centre, mission-critical, defence and energy sectors. With a strong pipeline of secured work, the business offers long-term career progression and the chance to work on some of the UK's most technically demanding construction projects.
If you're an experienced Project Planner, Planning Engineer or Construction Planner looking to further your career within the rapidly expanding data centre sector, we'd like to hear from you.
Reporting to the Senior Planner and Project Leadership Team, you'll be responsible for developing, maintaining and monitoring project programmes throughout the construction lifecycle.
Working collaboratively with project managers, engineers, commercial teams and site management, you'll provide accurate programme information to ensure the successful delivery of this major data centre development.
You'll initially be based on a flagship data centre construction project in Acton, West London.
Multiple high-specification data halls
Complex electrical and mechanical infrastructure
High Voltage and Medium Voltage power installations
Backup generation systems
Associated office accommodation and ancillary buildings
Extensive civil engineering, highways and external works
