MorePeople is recruiting a Planned Maintenance Surveyor to join a growing property team overseeing a diverse residential portfolio across England and Wales. The role focuses on delivering planned maintenance and refurbishment programmes, driving energy efficiency and safety in residents’ homes.

You will manage £8m of planned works annually from surveys and specifications to contractor management, site inspections, and sign-off, working with residents and contractors to deliver on time and within

Qualifications

• Experience in residential maintenance, refurbishment or building surveying.
• Experience specifying works, schedules of work, site inspections and defects resolution.
• Understanding of construction contracts, health & safety, building compliance and housing regulations.
• Experience managing budgets and monitoring expenditure within timescales.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Oversee planned maintenance projects from surveys through to final sign-off.
• Manage contractors, site inspections and budget adherence.
• Monitor compliance and contribute to future maintenance programmes.
• Liaise with residents, consultants and internal teams to ensure high standards.
