Are you a Planned Maintenance Surveyor, seeking your next contract? My client has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Planned Maintenance Surveyor to join their Asset team on a 6 month contract basis.

The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring a high-quality maintenance service including kitchen and bathrooms refurbishments, windows and door replacements and damp & mould etc.

Responsibilities
  • Undertake property condition surveys, Asbestos Surveys and Health & Safety inspections of properties and premises for the purpose of maintaining and improving properties
  • Ensure that Property Services databases are correctly maintained
  • Prepare details, schedules of work, programmes, specifications and tender documentation and advertisements as necessary
  • Project management and oversight of contract works relating to programmed maintenance and improvements.
  • Undertake contract administration including works inspections, ensuring compliance with all appropriate legislative standards, including CDM co-ordinator or Client responsibilities in compliance with own service standards and budgetary control.
  • Contribute to customer consultation and maintaining external partnerships.
  • The post holder must, at all times, carry out their responsibilities with due regard for the Equality & Diversity Policy.
