We're looking for an experienced Planned Investment Manager/Surveyor to lead on Clarion's Asset Exceptions Portfolio. This key role will involve the technical analysis of complex property issues, working collaboratively to determine the most appropriate route for resolution, whether through Day-to-Day Repairs, Reactive Major Works, or Long-Term Planned Investment.

You'll be responsible for defining the programme of works for major sites, ensuring a strategic and value-for-money approach to delivery. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be expected to keep both internal teams and our residents fully informed and up to date with plans, progress, and outcomes. You will work closely with the Property Services and Asset Strategy teams, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment across functions.

Working with our Partnership Contractors, you'll be responsible for carrying out site inspections to ensure root cause issues are accurately identified, followed by the development of a clear, technically sound resolution plan.

You'll already have substantial experience in the pre-planning and delivery of Planned Investment programmes and experience in contract management in a works delivery context. You'll need experience of managing legislatory and regulatory requirements applicable to the delivery of programmes and managing expenditure including forecasting and mitigating risk.

If you have proven experience of successfully delivering complex projects and this sounds like an opportunity for you then please review the full role profile before applying - Planned Investment Manager
