You will gain hands-on experience in a materials laboratory, examining a broad range of metallurgical processes and contributing to lab improvements. You will work with Quality, Engineering and Production teams, perform investigations, write detailed reports, and support engine testing and customer quality

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Materials Engineer (Metallurgist) – Placement Student to join our team on a 12-month placement starting Summer 2027, within the Quality Department. This is a great opportunity to work in a materials laboratory that examines a broad range of materials and processes for our Power Systems business segment in Daventry. The requirements are to be fully on site so you will need to be able to travel or relocate to the location on your own behalf.
