Hours of work: 36 hours per week
Location: Civic centre and other locations from time to time

We are seeking a Placement Relationship Officer to join our Commissioning Team to cover a period of maternity leave. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to shape and enhance relationships with existing community based providers in Brent and drive improvements across the sector.
You should have an in-depth understanding of adult social care and be passionate about improving the quality and sustainability of services in Brent.
