About the Role

(PPS) team as aPlacement
Project Managerand take an active
role in delivering real construction and property projects across the UK. This
exciting opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to develop project
management skills while contributing to essential public and government infrastructure. As part of thePPS Talent Academy,
you will support our Project Management Team in planning and delivering a range
of construction projects from initial concept through to completion. You’ll
gain practical experience across the full project lifecycle—supporting
stakeholder management, cost control, scheduling, and reporting—while being
guided by experienced professionals in the field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the management of construction projects from inception to completion
  • Assist with project planning, scheduling, and progress reporting
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to key project documentation including budgets, risk registers, and client reports
  • Help ensure successful project delivery within agreed time, cost, and quality parameters
  • Attend site visits and project meetings to observe and support activities
  • Engage in project risk management and quality assurance processes
  • Participate in sustainability and health & safety initiatives
  • Undertake ad‑hoc development tasks as required
