Job Introduction 40 hours per week. Shift pattern/ hours - Monday to Friday. Salary tbc. Hybrid role but site base is Belfast. Sodexo rewards and benefits. This is a 12 month fixed term opportunity. Must be undertaking a university-level course in Building, Construction, or a related area. Key Responsibilities

• Support the management of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and progress reporting.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to key project documentation including budgets, risk registers, and client reports.
• Help ensure successful project delivery within agreed time, cost, and quality parameters.
• Attend site visits and project meetings to observe and support activities.
• Engage in project risk management and quality assurance processes.
• Participate in sustainability and health & safety initiatives.
• Undertake ad-hoc development tasks as required.
